Gurl has got to know how to make soup since winter is 11 out of 12 months of the year basically when you live in NYC. Miso paste is amazing for your digestive system and is an antioxidant too! This sh*t is real EZ to make, and you can store it in mason jars for a quick lunch/snack throughout the week.
ONLY 4 INGREDIENTS: miso paste, water, fish sauce, & greens (I used Swiss chard and nori sheets).
1. Shred and boil greens in 8 cups of water for 15 minutes.
2. Turn town to simmer & add miso paste and fish sauce. Keep tasting and adding more until it tastes legit.
